Return Policy

Retail Return Policy:

At Lotus Cosmetics it is important to us that our customers are 100% satisfied with the quality of our products. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will be glad to issue a full refund to your credit card. Please follow our guidelines below for making a quick and easy return:
  • Products must have been originally purchased directly from Lotus Cosmetics. (We cannot accept returns originally purchased from other retailers).
  • Products must be returned within 30 days of original order date and be accompanied with a copy of your receipt and reason for the return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • For all returns, a return authorization number (RA#) will be issued to you. This number must accompany all returns.
  • Any claims for damaged items must be submitted to our customer service department within 5 business days after receipt of your delivery. Please keep the damaged items and original packing materials, our customer service department will instruct you how to handle these items.
